These Regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Exploration,Development and Production) (National Content) Regulations, 2016. These Regulations apply to national content in petroleumactivities. Every licensee, operator, contractor, subcontractor and anyother entity involved in petroleum activities in Uganda shall incorporateand implement national content as an important element of their overallpetroleum activities
