My name is Norbert Niwagaba, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum and Minerals Geoscience, and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Petroleum Geosciences at Makerere University. I also serve as a Capacity Building Officer at the Uganda Chamber of Energy and Minerals (UCEM) a role I proudly secured through my engagement with the Junior Chamber.

Joining the Uganda Junior Chamber of Energy and Minerals has been a transformational experience. It exposed me to the realities of Uganda’s energy and mining sectors, connected me with industry professionals, and provided practical learning opportunities that have shaped my career path.
